Trigger lips

I feel better, I've spent hours upon hours doing this piece, today I just finished up the flowers which i hand drew then scanned and then colors O___O I literally was thinking it would be easy but hahaha it was easy but more time consuming than i thought. there are still some small mistakes that I wasnt able to get but never the less I am extremely proud of this, I spent hours last night and this morning (went to bed at 5:30 am got up again at 8) just playing around with colors and hues to see what I could get away with. I used Sai mostly and PS.
This piece is originally a hand drawn piece.
----The flowers----
The meaning of the flowers, they are Camellias.
The Camellia with the red center represents being tainted or corrupted though a good do-er they have been scarred to the point of being impure, in this case an innocence taken (Etryqk) the red Camellia with the white center (Vakarie) represents trauma and or physical abuse from others around them but being able to hold their innocence due to the other taking the brunt of the physical and mental abuse. Still maintaining their pure innocent soul.
The pure white Camellia is the promise between the two that is never broken and never crossed, never forgotten and never taken lightly.

The flowers and leaves alone took up most of the day, from 8 am to 6:30 pm @____@;;;; you would think it would be easy seeing as the flowers were 2 laters and the leaves two layers......but oh hohoho no.

I dont talk much about my childhood but my mother use to be a landscaper, she would build and plan people's yards and maintain them, I drew her and entire hand drawn book of flowers the Camellia being my favorite when I was a child I learned that drawing plants had been easier than drawing people or characters and for a time I gave up that aspect an focused on wild life and plants <3 it was the highlight of my childhood you could say.

------The Characters------
(both are male)

In the front is Vakarie he normally dresses this way for his "company" this is how he pays for college, Etryqk the one in the back deals with the "company" afterwards.
The two are my Oc's and are one in the same, only thing is Etryqk is an entity that dwells within Vakarie the younger boy, as a protector.
Vakarie is (in my OC world) is a one of a kind character, his race belonging and created by . We'd done a character/art trade I've never been more happier than when I work on art with someone who is on the same level of twist if not better.
Basically Vakarie lives a difficult life trying to hide what he is, out of his fear his power and abilities amplify more so than if he practiced to make himself stronger, Etryqk too has full control over Vakarie's abilities but due to their scarce existence he/they are protected and hated by my other OC's *chuckles* its a win---lose-lose situation.
Theres much more behind them.

The reason beind the name basically Vakarie does the talking and Etryqk takes care of the business end.
